- Do you make custom-size wallpaper?
Yes. If your wall has non-standard dimensions, email us at hello@tumdumdecor.com with the exact measurements and, if possible, a photo or sketch of the wall. We'll prepare a quote so the wallpaper fits perfectly.
- I have a sloped wall. How do I order?
We recommend a custom order. Send us the exact measurements and a photo or sketch at hello@tumdumdecor.com, and we'll prepare a quote.
- How does ordering work?
It's simple. Choose your wallpaper or mural, select the variant (color and size), add it to your cart, and go to checkout, where you choose your payment and shipping options. Each order is made especially for you, and production begins once your payment is confirmed.
- What is the production time?
Production takes 10 business days, starting from payment confirmation. Because every order is custom-made, we don't keep ready-made products in stock.
- How long does delivery take?
After production, shipping takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. In total, the estimated delivery time is 17 to 20 business days from payment confirmation.
- Is the price per roll?
We don't sell wallpaper by the roll. The price shown is per strip. Each strip is 100 cm wide and 170 or 270 cm high, depending on the variant you choose.
- How do I work out the size I need?
Measure the width and height of your wall in centimeters. For wallpaper, each strip is 100 cm wide: divide the width of your wall by 100 and round up to find out how many strips you need. For murals, choose the width (300, 400, or 500 cm) and the height (170 or 270 cm) that best suit your wall. If you have any questions, email us your measurements at hello@tumdumdecor.com and we'll help you calculate.
- I only want to cover part of the wall. What should I choose?
We offer two heights: 170 cm and 270 cm. If you want to cover only part of the wall, the 170 cm height may be the better choice. If you need a different height, email us at hello@tumdumdecor.com and we'll make it custom.
- How does the pattern match?
All our wallpapers and murals are produced in 100 cm wide strips that line up with the next strip, aligned at the same height. On murals, the strips are numbered to make the order of installation easier.
Shipping and delivery
- Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all European Union countries. You can see the available destinations during checkout. If your country doesn't appear, email us at hello@tumdumdecor.com.
- Which carrier do you use, and how do I track my order?
We ship with trusted international carriers. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details and the estimated delivery date, so you can follow your shipment.
- How is the shipping cost calculated?
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination country and the size of your order, and it is shown before you complete your purchase.
Exchanges and returns
- Can I exchange or return my order?
Every TumDum order is made especially for you, in the size and pattern you chose. For that reason, under our Refund Policy, we do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind. Before completing your purchase, it's worth double-checking your measurements and, if you need to, talking to us: we're happy to help.
If the product has a defect, arrives damaged, or is different from what you ordered, we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Just email hello@tumdumdecor.com with your order number and photos.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
Take photos of the packaging and the product as soon as you receive it, and email us at hello@tumdumdecor.com as soon as possible. We'll resolve it with a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.
- I received the wrong or a defective product. What should I do?
We're sorry about that. Email us at hello@tumdumdecor.com with your order number and photos of what you received. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible, with a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.
Installation and care
- What is the wallpaper made of?
Our wallpapers and murals are printed on non-woven paper with a light texture and an off-white tone, made of cellulose with a blend of synthetic fibers, which makes it durable and prevents shrinkage over time.
- What surfaces can I apply the wallpaper on?
The wall must be smooth, dry, and clean. If it was recently painted or repaired, wait at least 5 days before applying, to ensure good adhesion.
- What glue should I use? Do you sell glue?
We don't sell glue. We recommend a water-based glue made for non-woven wallpaper, available at any home improvement store.
- How do I install the wallpaper?
It's simple. Apply the glue to the strips and wait 5 minutes for the paper to expand. Then place each strip on the wall, matching the pattern with the previous strip. Start from the left side of the wall. On murals, follow the strip numbers. We recommend having the installation done by a professional.
- How do I clean the wallpaper?
Clean it gently with a soft, white, slightly damp cloth.
Payment and orders
- What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and UnionPay), Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Depending on your country, Multibanco, Bancontact, and MobilePay are also available. The available methods are shown at checkout, and payment is processed securely.
- I haven't received my order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If you can't find the email, write to us at hello@tumdumdecor.com with your order details and we'll resend the confirmation.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at hello@tumdumdecor.com, with your order number. Because every order is custom-made, the sooner you contact us, the better the chance that we can change or cancel it.
