General Terms and Conditions of Sale
By purchasing products from Tumdum, Unipessoal Lda, the Customer accepts these General Conditions, which govern the use of the website and purchases made through www.tumdumdecor.com.
Orders are intended exclusively for individuals over 18 years of age, or for minors duly authorized by a legal representative.
Tumdum, Unipessoal Lda may, at any time, update or change these conditions without prior notice. The conditions applicable to each purchase are those in effect on the date of order confirmation.
Return Policy
The products sold by Tumdum, Unipessoal Lda are custom-made according to the specifications provided by the Customer. For this reason, and given that these are clearly personalized goods, returns or contract cancellations are not accepted after production.
If the product presents damage resulting from transport or manufacturing defects, Tumdum, Unipessoal Lda undertakes to replace it at no additional cost to the Customer. To this end, proof of damage must be presented upon receipt or within 24 hours, notably through photographic evidence.
Important Note: After the wallpaper has been applied, no exchanges or replacements will be possible. We recommend that the Customer carefully check the condition and pattern of the product before starting the installation.
Legal warranty
Regardless of this policy, all products benefit from a 3-year legal warranty of conformity, under Portuguese law.
Shipping and Delivery
Production time
Our wallpapers and murals are made to order, specifically for each customer. Production takes 10 business days, starting from payment confirmation.
Shipping time
After production, orders are shipped through trusted international carriers. Shipping takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.
Total estimated time
Adding production and shipping together, the total estimated delivery time is approximately 17 to 20 business days.
During checkout, the Customer can check the available delivery destinations. After shipment, the Customer will be notified by email with tracking details and the estimated delivery date.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the Tumdum, Unipessoal Lda website, including texts, images, graphics, design, functionalities, software, databases, trademark and domain name, are protected by intellectual property rights and belong exclusively to Tumdum, Unipessoal Lda.
Under Portuguese law, namely the Copyright and Related Rights Code and the Industrial Property Code, any unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
Without the express prior authorization of Tumdum, Unipessoal Lda, copying, reproduction, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, regardless of the medium or territory, is prohibited.
The aforementioned rights are also protected by international legislation, without prejudice to the application of more restrictive legal regimes.
