Return and Warranty Policy

At Tumdum, Unipessoal Lda, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our wallpapers and murals are made to order, specifically for each purchase, the following conditions apply:

Custom products and the right of withdrawal

Our products are made to order, according to the specifications provided by each customer. Under Portuguese and EU consumer law (Decree-Law No. 24/2014, transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Legal warranty of conformity

All our products carry a legal warranty of conformity for 3 years from the date of delivery, under Portuguese Decree-Law No. 84/2021. If you notice a manufacturing defect or non-conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, as applicable. Within the first 2 years, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

Product damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible, with photos of the issue, at hello@tumdumdecor.com. This helps us resolve the situation quickly through a replacement or refund — at no extra cost to you.
